Authorities are discussing how to fix the major road, with the economic and logistical impact on the region likened to the "Sydney Harbour Bridge collapsing"."They will have divers in the water over the next few days to check the bottom of the bridge structure to see how damaged it is. It will be years to build it back up again," emergency services minister Stephen Dawson said.
