I got a suggestion for you Johnny Boy. If you need more money start taxing foreign investors more than 15%. Also stop foreign investment and allow Canadian taxpayers to buy houses at an affordable price. This is like gold rush days. Housing shouldn't cost that much
I got a violently threatening letter from Toronto City hall few weeks ago, they are going to start a process to take away my condominium as I own them $3k in taxes. Comrad Black had owned $16mil property in Toronto with $14mil in taxes and the building was not taken by the city!

Funny, none of this was mentioned in the election, either was police budget or even TTC funding. Why not look at reckless spending at City Hall, get a plan from police on fighting crime, get a plan from TTC on improving service.

Toronto has kept its property tax increases artificially at or below the rate of inflation since the days of Mel Lastman. That bill had to eventually come due.
Hopefully it doesn't spread beyond the GTA. The GTA is JustinTrudeau territory, and Trudeau is largely responsible for the inflation Cdns are suffering.

I am not from the TO area but it seems all governments want more $$ local provincial and federal. They all think we have a $$ tree in our backyard. Not sure when this will end. I guess when no one has $$ left. That should be soon.
