Let's see the Chinese cashing in and leaving in droves having destroyed any chance of this generation ever owning a home.

Why would the housing slump bring about regions? Ah - you mean affecting, perhaps?

This is only a problem for investors who want to sell houses for profit, not for the generations of people priced out of buying a home, or for the vast majority of homeowners that don't want to move. So why is it headlined as if it's a tragedy?
