It is expected the scheme will establish supports for the remediation of fire safety issues, structural defects and water ingress in purpose-built apartment buildings and duplexes

.It is estimated that up to 100,000 homes comprising of apartments and duplexes could have one or more defects.

Minister Harris will outline to the Government that this work is aimed at preventing criminal networks from exploiting children to commit crime. And the legislation will give An Garda Síochána the power to intervene locally to prevent offences taking place.

Taxpayers coughing up for builders, safety officers etc... Who signed the buildings off... why are they never held accountable!!!...Alot of people out there it appears are unable to do their jobs.

The builders who build these should be paying for this
