Where I come from people live in tree houses above swamps

They can get rid of the cement levy now

Sure what did they give us a measly €12 a week 😂🤣😂🤣 & a grant but not just to your own people you fkn decided to give the Ukraine's,indians,Africans etc,a piece of the pie, that's the people's money for the country & ye go giving it away to every cun.

We have to pay because it is due to the governments insistence of light touch regulation for builders and developers that caused the problems. By right the builders and developers should also be contributing to the cost and not just the state.

Those responsible for these issues should be in jail. It doesn’t matter if the development companies have gone bankrupt their board of directors at the time of construction should be facing charges.

The construction industry should pay. Their insurers should pay. This is the government spending taxpayer's money to fix what should be a private industry's responsibility. And that's why this kind of thing will keep happening. It's a construction industry bailout.

People living in defective apartments/houses for years, decades is fine but fixing those issues is not? The big question is, how have people been allowed live in these if the fail safety tests? The massive lawsuit that would happen if they were not fixed would be multiples.

Who ever thought putting FF in charge of builders was a good idea was delusional!
