nama so how much of the 60 billion did they get back? the journal pls ask a relevant question.

Id say they have that money spent ALREADY plus the money from Apple. The cost of PPPs are 40% more that if it came from government sources alone. Yee Haa

So: Average build cost of €200k per unit on public owned land, could fund 17,500 housing units. Resolve Housing Crisis. Remove Pressure on Private Rental sector - making affordable. Steady demand and bring stability to housing market. BUT? FineGael fiannafailparty labour

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This NAMA outfit have never been transparent, in my opinion. They’ve tried to gloss over that by saying that their work involves market-sensitive information. Yeah, right ! I understand that it used the same excuse to exclude the Revenue

Geat news . Why don’t they start transferring some of it over now ? Who gets the interest in the interim ?

€3.5b that's a nice, round acceptable figure. I wonder who picked it.....

How much did it cost to run NAMA for the same period?

Did we get those billions from Apple yet!! How that money can transform our country!
