Toronto home sales expected to rebound, but mortgage rules need review: TREBIn its annual review, Toronto Real Estate Board predicts 83,000 homes will sell in the Greater Toronto Area in 2019, a 7.3-per-cent increase from 77,375 sales in 2018 only if Trudeau is voted out.
