Maybe the bigger question would be what are in the documents? No one should have classified documents outside of appropriate spaces. But are we classifying too much? I remember that some schedules and meeting agendas were 'Classified' while in service.
I think President Biden and former Vice President Pence were set up. Mike Pence became a target at the Capital attack because he wouldn't cooperate with Trump in the overthrow of the Government.

If anything, it demonstrates that he’s not work shy. His colleagues that did not share his work ethic simply hid behind the “classified document” policy to mask their laziness. He should bare the consequences for his actions, but also be commended for being a try hard!
