The amount of vacant office space in Dublin will peak at 15 per cent later this year or early 2024 due to an increase in remote working, the tech sector’s slowdown and a surge in supply, according to a new report.

The BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland analysis said that there was “solid activity”

last year with leasing up 63 per cent on 2021, but that this year would be more challenging.
