Hightown Housing Association unveiled Whippendell Marine in Whippendell Road at a site that was formerly the base for an electrical engineering firm for over 100 years.
Of the one, two, and three-bedroom flats, 45 are for rent for people who have been nominated by Watford Borough Council, while the remaining 36 are for shared ownership.
