Dallas-based homebuilder UnionMain Homes is beginning to sell homes in its new Lake Breeze community in Lavon.A Dallas-based homebuilder has expanded into Lavon, seeing the growing city as one of the next frontiers for development.
UnionMain Homes will open up a model home and start sales in its 32-acre Lake Breeze community in Lavon Feb. 6. Land development wrapped up at the end of last year, and construction has kicked off on the first homes. The community near Lavon Lake will have 109 one- and two-story homes starting from the low $400,000s. Floor plans will range from about 2,200 to 3,400 square feet with three to five bedrooms but could vary based on buyer preferences.
“It’s a niche community, it’s pretty intimate,” said Ben Romski, land acquisition manager for UnionMain.
