A Cape Town estate agent has been fined for turning down a lease applicant because he was black.
A Cape Town estate agent has been fined after refusing to rent a property to a prospective tenant because of his race.In October, Pol Osei posted a copy of a WhatsApp conversation between himself and Johnson on social media in which the estate agent told him his application for accommodation had been declined because of his race.
This sounds similar to universities accepting people of colour into honours etc before they accept white people even if the white people got like 99% for the modules. Both these things are wrong.
Some estate agents even keep areas white by not selling to black people...giving all sorts of excuses

He's going to use a different method of excluding black people from renting properties to avoid being caught. He should have been barred from practicing as an Estate Agent.
So he still has the certificate to continue being estate agent
