The managing director noted that the construction of the Kings Court Phase I was a 31 villa 5- bedroom apartment with attached boys’ quarter located along the Presidential Boulevard, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta, which began during the commencement of the Governor Dapo Abiodun-led administration and was commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2022.
