Saturday morning, the nonprofit PCDC presented a new affordable housing model to the city of Prichard and held a groundbreaking ceremony on Peterson Avenue for what they’re calling the “Magnolia Model Home.”

2+2 is not 4. 'Organization' called PCDC gave away clothes in 2022. It is a 'model' home 'concept'. Which means nothing more than a idea. No veterans present. Location is abandoned lot. A concept that would recieve funding. Shame.
