Prosecutors hold off charging Mugabe Jr over damage to property

Mugabe Jr was arrested by police at the weekend on charges of malicious damage to property. eNCA correspondent Pindai Dube reports. #dstv403Charges against Robert Mugabe Junior, the son of the late former President of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe, have been dropped.

He arrived at Harare magistrate’s court accompanied by his two lawyers, friends and police officers.However, he did not appear in court and his lawyers say state prosecutors have given the two sides an opportunity to resolve their differences before they consider proceeding with the case.
