The fact is that the housing crises can't be solved by the government and need private investment. Investors say that red tape is stopping them from developing apartment blocks. It's a state issue, and the government is just trying to look like they are in control.

It won't make a difference because we bring in 100,000 immigrants per year. WA wants 30, 000 workers from the UK but doesn't have 30, 000 homes available. The government obviously skipped maths at school.
