The second floor — what Fraser likes to call the “kids” floor — features two bedrooms, a foosball table and games room, and a catwalk which is open to the main floor below. The lower level is the perfect entertaining space, with two more bedrooms to accommodate family and friends, as well as a wet bar complete with a dishwasher for easy clean up after everyone goes home.
