South Brisbane apartment height limits increased to 270m in line with CBDThe change to apartment height limits comes as part of the council's Brisbane Sustainable Growth Strategy, adding a supposed 10,000 dwellings to the housing market. I’m not sure this is clever development unfortunately. Queensland frequently goes overboard on such decisions without thinking through the consequences. Inability to use Surfers Paradise beaches in the afternoon is a perfect example… Bring in 200,000 more people to Austtralia. Live in pods and eat bugs.
