GovLarryHogan perhaps it would be helpful to revisit the area that Reuter’s has identified — DOD Base Realignment plans. Also recall much of real estate use to be toxic manufacturing and recycling facilities when US Steel was at its prime in Baltimore

The photo accompanying the article is not my idea of 'broken housing'. Looks like a completely livable house with minor optical flaws. Hardwood floors haven't been redone, and walls have spackle. Many Americans would gladly live in such a house. As is.
