So all those Mums & Dads encouraged into buying rental property by government/s are now thrown to the wolves of higher interest rates as well as reducing their capacity to earn. It must be a joy working with such clever thinking … punish the worker again!!!

If governments were competent, there wouldn't be a rental crisis. These ministers need to be punished for their incompetence.

I agree with Palaszczuk and Sydney should follow suit! It's way out of control and the only ones who are getting rich from this, are the Real Estate agencies. They are the ones raising the rent and not the owners!
