Others have had incentive programs for newlyweds, families for many years. We need to study successful, long established healthcare systems of other countries..instead of stupidly crying socialist & letting our citizens suffer. What does a name matter, so long as it works.

Good as ish it was every where and give or free not only to new comers but also to its people

I bet these same places have homeless citizens but hell, screw them, right?

What the hell - no mention in the article of all the asylum seekers who would move to these towns in a heartbeat and instead languish in detention camps or die trying to reach safety or get stuck at the border in squalor and misery!!!!?
