Looks boring and barren. Too much wasted space.

Well, if you wanted to live in a library or office and crave that 'institutional' look, then Frank Lloyd Wright is your guy.

Does it have any bathrooms?

I would argue the FLW house is cheap or at least undervalued. A genuine FLW house for $8 million and live in real piece of art or buy an £8 million Lowry painting (love Lowry too) and hang it on your wall. Hmmm...
