Free man Gerry Hutch must return to Wheatfield Prison if he ever wants to secure his belongings - including a hefty sum of money.
But it is understood that only Gerry Hutch himself can reclaim that property by personally visiting Wheatfield Prison and signing off on their return. It means the belongings, which are said to include a sizable amount of money, must be kept for him - in the event that he one day wants to reclaim them.
The belongings cannot be used for other purposes and must be kept by prison authorities until such time that Hutch comes looking for them, sources say.
