The giant office campus is in the reimagining stage by owner Sunset Development, which has pledged to redevelop the area after Chevron decided to sell the land back to the company last year. It will now go by the name “The Orchards,” Sunset President and CEO Alexander Mehran Jr. told the San Ramon Planning Commission during a public hearing April 13, as first reported by theSunset Development, the same family-run company that sold the land to Chevron in the early 1980s, purchased the 1.
