The NNPP, which will form a new government in Kano State on May 29, has accused the son of outgoing Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of illegal procurement and sale of public property.

The party alleged that Abba Ganduje violated the State Public Procurement Code to procure a landed property at N10 million and sold it at a whopping N300 million.

The former Chairman of Tertiary Education Trust Fund , who doubles as leader of Committee on Recovery of Public Assets Subcommittee set up by the incoming government, said Ganduje grossly violated all known laws in the procurement process.
