Unfortunately we're the ones to be blamed for this. The banks do & charge whatever they want because we don't do anything about it. Bankwest pretty low act..

Most disgraceful act yet. Bloody greedy banks need to be shamed.

Disgraceful Bankwest . You’re lame apology won’t get the family their home back. Not good enough. If you’re really sorry do the right thing and get her the house back. Show her how sorry you really are.

What bank is it that did this.

jeezuz...not right.

Good to see the royal commission did very little to change this type of behavior.

So who was next of kin? Her.. Therefore she should have had say over his home..not the banks..but the Bankers control everything don't they. You never really own your home. Pretty disgusting!

I have questions about what happened to the widow. Why didn't her husband get a will? Why didn't she get her husband to add her name to the mortgage. To avoid losing your home because your spouse dies, a couple should have their home in their names

Disgusting Bankwest BankwestStadium. Won’t be opening an account with you after this story. Animals.

Again outrageous bank behaviour exposed, the culture of greed and profit at any cost has again claimed victims. The banking royal commission report must look at suspending or cancelling banking licenses, its the only way to real in these banking vultures. CEO's must be accountable

what a bunch of greedy pricks. well I'm sure Karma will hit them back hard and many customers will leave due to knowing they have zero leniency.

Is this really all to the story? Was the house paid off? Do banks just forgive massive mortgage debts because primary earner dies?
