RM104k? What happened to 2 1/2 storey linked affordable houses that used to price far less than RM 100k? If land price is an issue, then improve feeder buses or extend train lines & stations. It's cheaper to build & sell affordable Rakyat housing in greater & outer Klang Valley🤪

yup... last time is RM 42k only. so it shdnt b more than 100k per unit no matter how bad is d inflation. that shows developers n those authority r making alot $$$...

If the corruption level from all government departments clean then it’s possible. However Housing ministry have poor intelligent people. They should study what is the justification for house price super duper . They think if people can buy car for 200k then house should be 400k
