Offers by Ireland’s largest developers to provide 2,500 homes for Ukrainian refugees have been stymied by infrastructure gridlock across the country, the Business Post can reveal.
Firms owned by Johnny Ronan and Sean Mulryan were among those who told the Department of Housing last year that they have planning permission for hundreds of units that are delayed due to unfinished road and water infrastructure.
