'A one bedroom apartment in Elysee was selling for up to $788,000 and two bedroom units were going for $1.08 million before the project fell over.' LOL what bubble?

If it’s such a bargain why doesn’t GladysB get NSW govt to bid on these fire sales ....we need public housing and affordable housing .If it’s a already built ..it’s a bargain. michaeldaleyMP NSWpol

Excellent keep tumbling down wards.

Also if these are luxury apartments how come no developers are commissioning sculptures mosaics or paintings from local artists for the public areas or frontage of their buildings or even innovative garden designs ?

Hint theyre not 'luxury' apartments Perhaps people are feed up with the how many interexchangable modules can i fit onto one site 'design' approach of developers ?

One dollar, buy now. Cash offer
