Meanwhile, Ofelia C. Binag , along with the members of the Board of Real Estate Service Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag are the main in charge of facilitating the examination. Moreover, upon registration, successful examinees are required to bring the following: a downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; a notice of admission ; two pieces of passport-sized pictures ; two sets of documentary stamps; one short brown envelope; and submission of Original Surety Bond, the minimum amount of which is P20,000 with the PRC/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board as Obligee.
