Queensland Council of Social Service CEO Aimee McVeigh claims the housing crisis in Qld is the result of inaction by federal and state governments over decades.

“It is going to take us probably a decade to really, properly, get out of this mess,” Ms McVeigh told Sky News Australia.

“We’re not going to see real progress until we have a comprehensive plan on the table that seeks to increase the supply of housing.”
