Sad. How can we trust authority if it baulks under pressure. Dark days indeed.

What about the safety of the pedestrians? Why can they not park on their property?

I always find it strange that councils around the country, don't allow you & fine you for parking on your nature strip. Don't allow you to trim THEIR overgrown trees or to plant anything, as it's not your land. But they still expect you to mow it?
