Delicious morsels of art, the content of which is all explained in detail but none of it is retained.
The good news is that you are unlikely to have any regrets. Everything that comes out of the kitchen, from the Cape Malay-style curry and the pork potstickers to the grilled sirloin is skilfully put together and abounding with flavour.
