From RTÉ's executive board being stood down to an increase in housing prices, here's the July 10 news bulletin

RTÉ Executive Board being stood down as new DG takes up post

RTÉ Director General Kevin Bakhurst has said he is standing down the RTÉ Executive Board and replacing it with a temporary interim leadership team to continue running the organisation. “In due course, there will be a new permanent leadership team,” he said, adding that he will share the details later today.

Committee members have been left frustrated at the slow and limited information emerging so far as investigations into secret payments at RTÉ. PAC member, Cormac Devlin, said there was a sense that the evidence of Tubridy and Mr Kelly was central to prospects of clarifying what was so far an unacceptable situation at RTÉ.
