Free homes (paid for by the hard-working taxpayer) neglected - why bother taking care of your free house knowing the government (taxpayers) will give you another free house. This cycle of handouts needs to STOP !
I sympathize with having better housing. Looking at this picture,why not start with organizing a tidier room.Who knows what that may accomplish maybe even to help with deterring the mold.God only know what dampness lies beneath that bed that may account for some mold.
Who puts holes in their walls? Maybe respect and take care of what you have first. I'm all for better housing, but how about taking care of it?

Sounds like an issue for the reserves to correct. They have the money for it. Force them to open their books and disclose where the HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of $$ is going. The conservatives tried, the liberals pander to them corrupt stopenablingthem
