10:55 AM on Aug 4, 2023 CDTAccording to the Collin County Sheriff’s Office, a citizen complaint led animal control and investigators to execute a seizure warrant for all living animals on the property in the 700 block of Graybill Road, near North Church Street, in Westminster, an unincorporated area about 50
miles northeast of Dallas.The sheriff’s office said it found the remains of 12 horses and 24 dogs “in advanced states of decomposition” in and around numerous buildings on the property.In addition, two dogs, two horses, a cow, a lizard and a snake were found alive and turned over to animal control.Email Address
