The embrace of Senate Bill 10 may be stalled in San Diego, but it is already too late for us. Our adjacent property owner plans to add nine units behind the existing house on his approximately 8,000-square foot lot, a density of about 54 units per acre. No additional parking, owner-occupancy, or even city residency will be required.
