Journalists from the flagship Four Corners program controversially filmed protesters attempting a raid on Ms O'Neill's house last Tuesday.
Communications Minister Michelle Rowland has told federal parliament last week she is awaiting ABC briefings on their involvement. This photo - showing two camera crew and a producer filming on Ms O'Neill's driveway - was sent from Woodside to the ABC on Friday after the broadcaster issued a statement on the protest at Ms O'Neill's family home and denied staff entered private property.
After this picture was sent, the Managing Director of the ABC David Anderson then sent a letter expressing regret - but not an apology - to Ms O'Neill.
