Penang Perikatan Nasional chairman Dominic Lau said youths in Penang cannot afford houses in the state.
Penang PN chairman Dominic Lau said that should the coalition wrest the state from Pakatan Harapan and Barisan Nasional, it will make it mandatory for developers building houses in the state to allocate 30% low-medium-cost units for Penang folk. However, it provides an option for developers who could not build LMC homes to pay RM120,000 for every unit they could not build.
RM1,200 cash aid for those who are in their first year of university and teachers’ training colleges , and RM500 cash aid for matriculation and Form Six students.
