Founded by Mathieu Goarant and Guillaume Garagnon

Kucing is founded by serial entrepreneurs Mathieu Goarant and Guillaume Garagnon, who have over 20 years of business experience in Asia, including in conveyancing and renting. It also offers access to digital tools usually reserved for property agents and industry professionals. Once users have agreed on a price and decided to proceed with a transaction, Kucing can either refer several curated lawyers to help with the paperwork or else parties can opt to use their preferred law firm. The legal aspect is then conducted off-app right through to completion with no involvement by property agents.
