The Zillow analysis of 549 ZIP codes in New Jersey with enough available data shows just 15 towns with modest declines in the forecast for home values for September. And just five of those could see drops of 1% or more. The overwhelming majority of towns should see increases in typical home values as thoughts turn to pumpkin spice and Halloween decorations. Zillow’s forecast calls for increases of 2% or more in 42 of those ZIP codes.
