Really! Most house sold go to people who dont already have one

How is the real story here not “house prices increase 39% since 2008”. That’s a 9% rise after inflation, while wages have decreased by 4% after inflation. And at the same time, Persimmons (biggest new build maker) now make £60k profit pernew build, 3x what they made in 2012.

Time the government helped savers. Put up interest rates 60% and lower the cost of houses.

so that's saving £6,400 a year for 5 years - shouldn't be too hard for a couple in work. PAYG mobile at £10 a mth not £50 new iphone each and that's the best part of £1000 a year for a couple. Easy if you try.

Нужны ипотеки/обороты/спец бух учеты по ведению/ под бизнес основные сооружения/под оборудования/транспорт/под организации ферм/закупки скота/АПК/все отрасли экономики

Slaves for life...Not surprising this? What is disgusting, is how everybody else left without a home there? Or in the West overall? Sick house brick culture. Useless economy, useless fear..socialism.

Science - NO ONE KNOWS HOW IT WORKS. People come up with ideas of how they think it works & test them. Different ideas work...& eventually someone discovers a link. It's like someone coming up with ADDITION & some1 else with MULTIPLICATION Each argues that THEY are right.
