The 1934 house, designed by Robert Law Weed, is represented by Nancy Batchelor at Compass Florida Real Estate.Shortly after Vic Ruggiero and his partner, Tony Ransola, purchased their Art Deco home in Miami Beach in 2004, Hurricane Wilma tore through the area. During the storm, they noticed a roof come crashing to the street—it was their own. “It opened up like a sardine can” and resulted in a deluge, Ransola said.
