Slowest home sales in over three years could help buyers this springReal estate agents and analysts have long been blaming weak sales on too few listings and rising rates. “Low Morgage rates combine with low home prices” ,relatively , not really !! Increased Morgage rates “caused by inflation+greed” slowed the market , then Prices fell as a result ,, only with a decent down payment, it’s the time to buy ,, I wouldn't want one of those enormous homes at the same price as a smaller one. More and more people think that way. Unless you are all about spending time on your house, who needs it? As an older couple with grown children, our one bedroom condo is easy and cheap.
