As seen in this week’s Russell Township police blotter, a man went to the police station 1 p.m. Sept. 24 to complain about his neighbor’s chickens visiting his property on a regular basis. He said it was becoming an issue. Police gave him advice and met with the chicken owner. After being apprised of the matter, the owner said he would ensure his chickens stayed on their own property.

Someone trespassed on a resident’s property and stole a trail camera sometime before 4:48 p.m. Sept. 22 when the owner reported the matter.A man visited the police station 1 p.m. Sept. 24 to complain about his neighbor’s chickens visiting his property on a regular basis. He said it was becoming an issue. Police gave him advice and met with the chicken owner. After being apprised of the matter, the owner said he would ensure his chickens stayed on their own property.
