The wife and young stepdaughter of football manager Brendan Rodgers came face-to-face with burglars raiding their home, it has emerged.
Sky Sports News has learnt Rodgers' wife Charlotte and her six-year-old daughter Lola barricaded themselves in a bathroom as thieves ransacked the property in Glasgow. Rodgers, who prompted fury among Celtic fans after leaving the club to join Leicester City last week, was in the Midlands at the time of the raid.
