Kabayan party-list has forged a partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development to provide affordable housing to marginalized groups, including overseas Filipino workers , Rep. Ron Salo said.
“The signing of a memorandum of agreement solidifies our commitment to the 4PH Program. Through our MOA, we aim to deliver affordable housing to our marginalized constituents who need it the most,” he said. “Consistent with our advocacies in Kabayan party-list, our target beneficiaries are marginalized communities which include OFWs and seafarers, public health workers, midwives, and volunteer groups. These groups, though often overlooked, will be at the forefront of our housing initiatives,” Salo stressed.
“After months of close coordination with DHSUD, I am glad that we have finally found a common time to ink the MOA,” he noted.
