Dallas-based real estate brokerage Allie Beth Allman & Associates, which is especially well-known in the local luxury market, plans to move its Oak Lawn headquarters by the end of 2023.The new space on the fifth floor of the Offices at Turtle Creek Village at 3838 Oak Lawn Ave. will span more than 10,000 square feet of space for agents, sales services, accounting and marketing.
The new office will take up most of the fifth floor with room for meetings and a more modern look, Conlon said. Seventeen full-time employees will be based in the new building, along with some agents, he said. Conlon said the company wanted to be close to its current office, which is only about two miles away. Another plus of the new space was that it is close to restaurants, retailers and coffee shops.
