Work has started on Lancashire's newest housing estate thats almost 10 acres in size. Every properly on the development will be affordable housing.

The 9.56 acre site in Poulton-le-Fylde sits south of Brockholes Crescent. It'll provide the area with a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes through affordable rent and rent to buy schemes. The team behind the build says the development will enhance local ecological assets and provide new public open space for residents in the surrounding area after being purchased last year.
