This area remains the cheapest despite property costs going up from an average of £146,250 in 2022. BL4 House prices are also considerably cheap in Bolton, Farnworth and Kearsley, areas covered by the BL4 postcode. The average property price in these areas is currently £169,311, which has gone up from £159,615 in the last year.
